Cornwall’s only licensed marketing study center introduces ground-breaking programme.

Truro and Penwith College has proudly announced its accreditation as a study center for the prestigious Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2023 and is building on its credentials as a provider of choice for marketing professionals with the launch of a new apprenticeship programme.

Accreditation in 2023 places the College as the only CIM Accredited Study Center west of Bristol, marking a significant milestone in their journey towards delivering world class marketing education and commitment to skills enhancement.

Alongside this prestigious accreditation, Truro and Penwith College are delighted to announce the launch of a new apprenticeship standard – Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer.

The apprenticeship is designed to create a pathway for learners who want to step into a career in marketing, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the wider digital landscape.

The College is now actively seeking employers interested in taking on apprentices and investing in the future of marketing talent. The delivery of this program is a hybrid online and face-to-face model, with face-to-face sessions delivered at the STEM and Health Skills Center in Bodmin and at the Truro campus.

With this accreditation, Truro and Penwith College have underlined the depth and breadth of their marketing offering, which also includes a new iteration of the highly successful Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp, alongside Truro and Penwith University Center and Career & Professional opportunities Development (CPD).

Recognition from CIM further validates the College’s commitment to providing high-quality education that meets industry standards and prepares students for successful careers in marketing.
