So far today, Everton have had the lowest shot conversion rate of any team in the Premier League this season (7.8%). It is the second lowest level recorded (since 1997-98) in a single campaign after 2005-06 (7.7%). The Toffees had the best chances so far but did not have a clinical edge. Doucoure has already had two great opportunities.

SAVE! Everton should be ahead! A brilliant ball from the defense finds Calvert-Lewin, who brings it down well and rushes down the right. The striker shows great awareness to send a cut to Doucoure. However, his shot from close range is saved by Foderingham.

This could be Coleman’s last game for Everton at Goodison Park, so it’s only right that the defender starts and captains the side. He joined the club from Sligo Rovers in 2009 and has been an ever-present for the Toffees. He will want to make it a winning finish to a memorable time at the club if he moves on at the end of the season. Fantastic atmosphere so far but little quality from both sides.

Gueye slips the ball down the left to McNeil, who finds Young’s overlapping run. The left-back tries to get past Hamer on his way into the box, but the midfielder outruns Everton and wins a shot on goal.

SAVE! Trusty fails to clear a header and lays the ball straight to Calvert-Lewin who gets down the right before slotting past the centre-back. The forward then tries to lift a shot past Foderingham from a tight angle, but the keeper makes a simple save.
