Bristol Borough will host its annual Celtic Day riverside festival this Sunday.

The day will be a celebration of Celtic culture and heritage along the picturesque waterfront.

The event is free to the public and will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m

Attendees can look forward to a wide variety of vendors offering food and merchandise. The festival will feature live music throughout the day, with performances continuing into the evening at an after party hosted by Naked Brewing Company on Mill Street.

For younger guests, the festival includes a children’s corner filled with activities such as sand art, balloon modeling, a bounce house and face painting.

A highlight of the event will be a “wheel of joy” raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will support the Celtic Heritage Foundation Scholarship Fund.

The Celtic Heritage Foundation was founded in 1996 and is also known for erecting a monument at the pier in 1997 commemorating the area’s Celtic history.
