easyJet is launching a new winter route from Birmingham Airport

easyJet has announced a new winter route from Birmingham Airport to Rovaniemi in Finland, with flights departing for the first time from 24 November.

The flights will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout the winter, giving Midlands customers a direct connection to Santa’s home and gateway to Lapland this winter.

The route is among six new routes to Rovaniemi announced on Thursday from Berlin, Bordeaux, Geneva, Lyon and Nice, meaning easyJet now offers more routes to Lapland than any other airline, with 17 services from seven countries and will operates the largest flight in Finland. program this winter, up 125% from last winter.
