Roadworks are starting in and around Harrow this week

More roadworks and traffic restrictions will affect the Harrow, Hillingdon and Barnet areas from this week.

Here’s a rundown of what to expect:

Near Harrow, Little Oxhey Lane in Carpenders Park will be closed for roadworks from June 24 to June 26, likely causing delays with restricted access.

Also on Argyle Road in North Harrow, multi-way signals will be controlling traffic for roadworks by Openreach from June 24 to June 26, with possible delays expected.

North Orbital Road in Denham, Buckinghamshire, will have a diversion route in place from June 24 to June 29 due to roadworks, resulting in expected delays.

Sedgecombe Avenue in Harrow will be closed between June 25 and June 28 for essential infrastructure works by Affinity Water.

In Barnet, several roads will be closed due to planned works. Brent Street in London will have traffic control with signals in both directions from June 24 to June 28 for Thames Water works.

Bunns Lane will be closed from June 24 to June 27 due to works by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. Catlins Lane in Eastcote, Hillingdon will be closed from June 24 to August 14 for roadworks managed by Cadent.

London’s Dollis Road will have multi-directional traffic control signals from June 24 to July 10 for various road improvements. Elm Avenue in Ruislip will also be under multi-signal traffic control from June 24 to June 26 for essential works by Affinity Water.

Esmar Crescent will experience road closures on June 24 for resurfacing work. London’s Hendon Lane will have two-way traffic control signals from June 25 to June 26 due to maintenance by Affinity Water.

West Hendon Broadway will have multi-way signals from June 25 to July 1 for Affinity Water works and Willifield Way will be closed from June 25 to June 26 for resurfacing works.

Motorists are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and expect delays in these areas.
