Leeds United winger Jack Harrison is expected to be confirmed at Everton this week for a second consecutive loan spell.

After missing out on promotion to the Premier League, Leeds have problems on the transfer front, with exits the order of the day.

Loan clauses won’t be a major issue this time around, as the 49ers appear ready to wash their hands of the two remaining players with those clauses in their offers imminently.

Jack Harrison expected to be announced at Everton imminently

Jack Harrison is one of those players capable of leaving the club again on loan after the play-off final defeat, and his destination seems sealed.

The winger returns to Goodison Park and Everton for a second successive season, linking up with Sean Dyche after helping the Toffees avoid relegation worries once again.

Sky Sports’ Tim Thornton said on June 22 that a deal for the player to join Everton would be completed in the next 48 hours – and it has been 48 hours since that revelation.

Jack Harrison prepares for Everton move with off-season work

The 27-year-old is no stranger to keeping fit in the off-season, having undergone a major transformation in the summer of 2019 before rejoining Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

He shared this update on his Instagram page as he prepares for a move to Everton again:

Harrison is aiming for a better season with Everton in 24/25

Harrison was not at all consistent in the Premier League last season and that brought a lot of criticism from their fans regarding his performances.

However, his work ethic has never been in doubt and his quality in possession is something Dyche will surely love.

That alone is probably a solid reason to trigger his loan again, given that I know he’ll make a huge difference whenever he plays.

If he improves his production, they may look to land him permanently next summer.
