Premier League title: Will Manchester City or Arsenal win?

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola said his players are relishing the pressure of a title race after they comfortably beat Fulham on Saturday to move two points clear at the top of the Premier League.

City are aiming to win the league for the fourth time in a row and showed no signs of nerves as they scored four goals without reply at Craven Cottage.

This result means they could win the title at Tottenham on Tuesday if Arsenal fail to get a positive result at Manchester United on Sunday.

“We arrive with a lot of pressure, but in recent years this group of players likes to play with pressure,” Guardiola told TNT Sports.

“We know we have to win if we want to achieve something that nobody has done before. What we want is to get home in the last game with destiny in our hands. For that we have to win against Spurs.”

According to Opta, City’s chances of winning the Premier League are now 76.3% and Arsenal’s at 23.6% ahead of the game against United.

In the event of a tie, the league is decided by goal difference, then goals scored, then most points in head-to-head matches, then most away goals in the record.

Whatever happens, don’t be too surprised if there are more twists and turns between now and the final day of the season on May 19.
