Expanding property consultancy moves to new offices in Bristol

A property consultancy has moved into new offices in Bristol city centre.

Colliers and LSH, acting on behalf of Picton, an award-winning REIT, have secured Ridge & Partners, a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, on a new ten-year lease.

The occupier is expanding from its current 5,215 sq m space to a 13,559 sq m office on the third floor of Tower Wharf in the heart of Bristol city center to facilitate the growth of its business.

Located on Cheese Lane and overlooking the floating harbour, Tower Wharf offers bright and spacious Grade A office space.

Picton is completely renovating the floor for Ridge & Partners with new air conditioning, partially exposed services and LED lighting.

The building is located next to an expanding enterprise offering easy access to Bristol Temple Meads train station and Cabot Circus shopping centre.

Colliers and LSH are also marketing the remaining 5,215 sq ft on the ground floor and two furnished apartments (3,811 sq ft and 3,220 sq ft) on the first floor of Tower Wharf, which will be available towards the end of the year.

Tower Wharf offers occupiers a range of convenient facilities including secure underground parking, fully accessible raised floors, an on-site commissary, cycle storage, air conditioning, suspended ceilings with new LED lighting and shower and WC facilities at each floor as well as in the basement. With Picton’s investment in the building, they aim to achieve an A-rated EPC and phase out natural gas to decarbonise the air conditioning system.

James Preece, national office team director at Colliers Bristol, said: “Having an office in a prime city center location is crucial for many businesses and Tower Wharf offers occupiers high-quality, point-efficient workspace energy-wise, with excellent connectivity to the city center and the wider Bristol area.

“Additionally, the scenic Harborside location offers occupiers a great work-life balance, providing employees with opportunities to run, walk or bike around the area during the day.”
