Although the Super League season is currently on hiatus for the international break, transfer activity shows no signs of slowing down as teams look to put their 2025 plans into action.

While the international break is only two days away, teams are already announcing big deals for next season. Yesterday it was announced that Cam Scott will join Wakefield Trinity from Hull FC, following in the footsteps of Tom Johnstone and Mike McMeeken in moving to the West Yorkshire side.

Leigh Leopards today announced the capture of David Armstrong from NRL side Newcastle Knights. Confirmation of the move puts to bed one of Super League’s longest transfer sagas, with Armstrong linked with a move to Leigh for several months.

Now another Super League has joined Leigh in the NRL attack by announcing a major deal for the 2025 season.
