One Seventy South Main in downtown Salt Lake City sees an increase in office leasing activity in the first half of 2024

Salt Lake City — One Seventy South Main, a 16-story, 260,263-square-foot Class A office tower in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeing an explosion of new leasing activity amid a “flight to quality” rental environment. In the first half of 2024, the building at 170 S Main St downtown attracted four new office tenants, totaling an increase in occupancy of 34,500 square feet. The property is owned by Salt Lake City-based Fort Street Partners, which owns and manages more than 1 million square feet of commercial office, medical and retail space throughout Utah.

One Seventy South Main has unique architecture and is carefully angled to capture dramatic views of the Wasatch Mountains and the Great Salt Lake. The tower recently completed an extensive upgrade of its tenant amenity space in the second half of 2023, including a new 100-person training room, full-service kitchen, tenant lounge/game area, quiet room/library and indoor bicycle storage. . Ranging in size from 3,000 to 22,500 sq ft, the tower’s newest tenants include Tru Fru, LLC, Fidelity National Title Company, Suitter Axland, PLLC and Utah Water Ways, Inc.
