A logistics firm has subleased 109,000 square feet at an industrial building in North Brunswick in a new deal announced by Bussel Realty Corp.

The user, Meiya Capital Inc., will occupy the space at 1665 Jersey Ave. under an agreement with lead tenant Pioneer Commodities USA LLC.
