IT IS NOT RESPECTED

Cornwall, ON – Austin Wilson, 21, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 26, 2024 and charged with failure to comply with a release order and failure to comply with a probation order. Moreover, it is assumed that on this date the man did not show up for the supervision program. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 26, 2024, the police located the man. He was arrested, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – Carrie Anderson, 33, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 26, 2024, on outstanding warrants. It is claimed:

  • On 15 December 2022, the woman was required by a release order with relevant conditions to report to a bail supervision program and to live at an address approved by the bail supervision program and not to move from that address without obtaining prior approval from the bail supervision program. It is also assumed that on this date the woman did not attend the bail supervision program. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued.   • On November 24, 2023, the woman attended a business on Ninth Street West, selected merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
  • On 2 February 2024, the woman was bound by a release order with the relevant condition not to associate or communicate with a particular person. It is also assumed that on this date the woman went to the individual’s residence and stole several objects. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

On June 26, 2024, the woman attended police headquarters to address the issues. The warrants were executed and she was held for a bail hearing.

WARRANTY, NON-RESPECT, DEFAULT

Cornwall, ON – Jamie Malyon, 41, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 26, 2024, on outstanding warrants and charged with two counts of breach of probation and two counts of mischief under $5,000. It is alleged that between 26 June 2023 and 22 August 2023 the man was required by a probation order with relevant conditions to report to a probation officer and notify the court or probation officer in advance of any name change . or address. He failed to do so and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Furthermore, it is alleged that on September 5, 2023, the man damaged property at two homes. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On June 26, 2024, the man was found by the police at the court premises. Cornwall, ON – Kayla Harps, 33, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 26, 2024 and charged with failure to comply with probation order and theft under $5,000. It is alleged that on April 14, 2024, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep quiet and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged that on this date the woman attended a business on Ninth Street East, selected merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the item. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 26, 2024, the woman was located by the police. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 8, 2024.

GUARANTEES

Cornwall, ON – Denis Orchard, 34, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 26, 2024, on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on May 28, 2024, the man was scheduled to appear in court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On June 26, 2024, the man was taken into custody by members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and later turned over to the CPS. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on July 25, 2024.

Cornwall, ON – A 33-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on June 26, 2024 and charged with two counts of failure to comply with an undertaking and one count of failure to comply with a probation order. It is alleged that on 26 June 2024 the woman was bound by an undertaking with relevant conditions not to communicate with her mother and not to attend the mother’s residence or any place where she is known to be. It is also claimed that on this date the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep quiet and be of good behavior. Moreover, it is assumed that, on this date, the woman went to her mother’s home. The police were contacted and an investigation ensued. She was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 8, 2024. The woman’s name has not been released to protect the identity of the victim.

Cornwall, ON – A 32-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 27, 2024 and charged with two counts of failure to comply with a release order. It is alleged that on 27 June 2024 the man was bound by a release order, with the relevant conditions not to contact or communicate with his girlfriend and not to be within 100 meters of any place referred to knows that his girlfriend lives, works or attends. Also, on this date, the man would have been in contact with the woman. The police were called and an investigation ensued. He was arrested, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. The man’s name has not been released to protect the victim’s identity.

SEARCH WARRANT RESULTS IN ARRESTS

Cornwall, ON – On the morning of June 25, 2024, the Cornwall Police Service (CPS) served a search warrant in the area of ​​Portland Drive. Following the warrant, two people were found and detained.

Rene Clement, 37, and Meagan Malone, 38, both of Cornwall, were arrested, charged and held for a bail hearing. A substantial amount of drugs and a significant amount of cash were seized.
