All Marvel Phase 6 release dates confirmed so far

Marvel’s Phase 6 is still a little further away, but we have reason to get excited now that we have the cast for the Fantastic Four.

In June 2023, Marvel changed its next release schedule due to the ongoing writers’ strike in the US, which delayed the start of production on films such as Thunderbolts and Blade, both expected in Phase 5.

The Fantastic Four was supposed to be the start of Phase 6, and it looks like it is again, but we know we still have two Avengers movies to wrap up Phase 6 and the entire Multiverse Saga that Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige announced at Comic . -Con 2022.

So as we begin the long wait for it to begin, here’s everything you need to know about Phase 6.

As mentioned above, there has been some change in release dates, and Deadpool & Wolverine has moved to July 2024, which is now part of Phase 5.

At Comic-Con 2022, Feige revealed a roadmap that included release windows for the TV shows, but they’re definitely out of date now, so we’re sticking with the confirmed release dates we know.

It means that as it stands in February 2024, the timeline for Phase 6 is pretty short:

July 25, 2025 – The Fantastic Four
May 1, 2026 – Avengers: Kang Dynasty
May 7, 2027 – Avengers: Secret Wars

However, we assume that Thunderbolts, which took The Fantastic Four’s release date of May 2, 2025, is back in Phase 5 as originally planned.

There will be TV shows in Phase 6, but at this point we don’t know what they will be, nor do we have any indication of when they will be released on Disney+.

We do know, however, that Marvel has three release dates in 2026 set for untitled Marvel movies on February 13th, July 24th, and November 6th. Again, we have no idea what those movies might be, but it suggests we can expect six movies in Phase 6.

As for the movies, we thought Phase 6 would start with Deadpool 3, but now that the third has moved to May 2024, that means The Fantastic Four the movie portion of the culminating phase of the Multiverse Saga will begin.

We know little about the highly anticipated film, except that it won’t be an origin story. Since it won’t be an origin story, could we see the Fantastic Four appear in another project before their solo film?

At least now we have the cast: Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch.

But even the excitement for the Fantastic Four pales in comparison to the epic double Avengers project that was announced at Comic-Con – The Avengers: Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.

Almost nothing is known about either film other than the titles. Even that may not be accurate now, as Marvel has dropped Jonathan Majors following a conviction for assault and harassment, and we don’t know if Kang will be recast yet.

Secret Wars is the huge comic book crossover event that many fans expected Phase 4 to set the stage for. If it follows the comics, it could act as a soft reboot for the entire MCU, but we’ll have to wait and see.

As for the other Phase 6 movies, we might see the highly anticipated X-Men movie that Feige talked about at Comic-Con 2019.

We know Spider-Man 4 and Shang-Chi 2 are in development, so they could fill either void as well. There’s also news that Armor Wars is moving from a TV series to a movie, which means it could take one of those spots now, too.

We currently don’t know any of the TV shows that will arrive on Disney+ during Phase 6, so your guess is as good as ours.

There are various TV shows in development, including a Wakanda series that is said to explore the origin story of Okoye (Danai Gurira) and a Nova series.

Any of these could make it into Phase 6, and we could also see second seasons of any of the shows that have already debuted.

You can catch up with pretty much the MCU so far on Disney+.
