England icon Chris Waddle will appear at the Euro 2024 fan park in Sheffield

England and football legend Sheffield Wednesday will be a special guest at a Euro 2024 fan park coming to the steel city this summer.

Billed as the ‘ultimate area for football fans’, we’ll see Fan City at Devonshire Green this summer. The immersive, family-friendly 4,000-capacity Football Village aims to celebrate the beautiful game.

It will project the action from this summer’s Euro 2024 tournament. It will begin with the opening match of the event, Germany v Scotland, on Friday 14 June. Of course, the Sheffield attraction will show all of England’s games in the competition.

Chris said: “Hopefully this is the year we end our trophy drought and crown ourselves champions of Europe. It will be very special to return to Sheffield, where I spent four happy years as a player. Come on England.”
