South East London’s funniest and grossest place names

If you’re in need of an immature giggle, take a look at the weird and wonderful place names in South East London.

Among the many high streets and station roads there are some funny – and sometimes more inappropriate – names that many South East Londoners will recognise.

Unsurprisingly, several of the places that made the list revolve around “bottoms” – such as the infamous Pratt’s Bottom.
