Launch of the 360 ​​Cornwall project | Cornwall Business

A new project has been launched today (July 1) which will allow locals and tourists alike to explore Cornwall using virtual reality.

The 360 ​​Cornwall website and app is the result of a collaboration between local design agency 3deep Media and Aerial Cornwall.

The initiative is the culmination of over five years of work which has seen the team travel the length and breadth of Cornwall, capturing 360° aerial views of beaches, bays, harbours, towns, heritage sites and more.

Over 250 locations are now part of this virtual map of Cornwall, which is available to explore on the new website as well as via an app, which can be downloaded for free in the Apple and Android app stores.

360 Cornwall co-founder Mike Postons said: “We’re excited to finally launch it to the public and let people explore and discover Cornwall in a whole new way.”
