It’s been a little over two weeks since the tragedy happened, and Aleksanders has still not been caught. Today, West Midlands Police told CoventryLive that inquiries to find the 21-year-old Latvian are “continuing”.

Parents Louise and Clint Slater shared their grief at their youngest son’s death, saying they “need to get justice” for Keaton. In a statement, they urged Aleksanders to come forward and “do the right thing”.

Mum Louise said: ‘Hearing that whoever did this won’t turn themselves in has left us all feeling helpless and we have to get justice for Keaton. Please, if anyone knows anything about his whereabouts, please come forward.”

Anyone with information was urged to call 999 quoting log 3407 of June 14 or email: [email protected]. Alternatively, they can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
