An American tourist has shared a video of his first ‘naughty Nandos’ in the UK – and Brits are all saying the same thing about the dishes he ordered.

A ghost hunter who visited Britain on what was supposed to be a tour of all the scariest places found himself obsessed with British food. After spending months sampling a range of delicacies from across the UK, American TikToker Kalani Smith, 25, decided it was time to try a Nandos. After taking a bite of his order, he gave Nandos a simple three-word review.

In the video, Kalani explained how he was heading to Wigan in search of a really great ‘kebab’ but decided to stop for a ‘cheeky Nandos’ on the way. Instead of ordering a dish from the menu, Kalani opted to choose a selection of items and use them to build his own burger, which he called the “Kalani sandwich.”

The makeshift sandwich consists of butterfly chicken, garlic bread, a portion of mac and cheese, a side of halloumi and some Nandos fries with hot sauce sandwiched between two pieces of garlic bread. Once he’s built the makeshift burger, Kalani shows the camera his concoction, which he says “looks like the bomb.”

After taking a bite of his burger, it’s clear the ghost hunter is impressed. Kelani then goes on to review his burger in just three words and says, “It’s delicious,” before rating it as a “nine five.” TikTok users were equally impressed by his DIY Nandos order, with one saying: ‘Bro made a better order than me’, while a second added: ‘Love your Nandos hack.’ A third said: “This combo looks amazing. I think I have to try this mix!”

While users were keen to rave about how much they love a ‘naughty nandos’ and couldn’t wait to try Kalani’s sandwich, the one thing many of them kept saying was that if Kalani is as obsessed with sandwiches like us, he might as well become a Brit. One user said: “You’ve officially qualified as British if you make a sandwich out of everything.” While another added: “I think after this video you officially qualify for a British passport.”
