– The Guerrilla 450 will be sold in two variants

– The top variant will receive a color TFT screen

– Released on July 17th

In less than 15 days, Royal Enfield will be launching its much awaited motorcycle – the Guerrilla 450 for both the Indian and international markets. But there’s no need to wait until July 17 to see this bike as images of the production-ready bike have already been leaked.

From these pictures, it is clear that Royal Enfield will offer the Guerrilla 450 in two variants. The top variant will get the color TFT screen seen on the Himalayan 450 and also a two-tone paint scheme. The other variant will get the semi-digital cluster along with the Tripper turn-by-turn integration seen on the Meteor 350. This variant will also get the less premium looking monotone paint scheme.

In terms of bike parts, the Guerrilla 450 will get 17-inch alloy wheels, block-pattern tyres, telescopic forks and a one-piece seat. The rest of the cycle parts and performance aspects were borrowed from the Himalayan. The liquid-cooled 452cc single-cylinder engine produces 40bhp of peak power. But the gear ratios are probably different to suit the nature of city use of the bike.

We believe that the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will have a starting price of around Rs 2.3 lakh (ex-showroom) and the top variant could fetch a price of Rs 2.45 lakh (ex-showroom). Its direct rival – the Triumph Speed 400 recently saw a price cut of Rs 10,000 to counter the upcoming Royal Enfield.
