Police say a body has been found in the search for a missing Yate man.

Officers searching for Robin made the discovery in a wooded area off Goose Green Way.

He is now continuing his investigations.

In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police said: “His next of kin have been informed and have our sympathy.

“Officers will continue their inquiries and prepare a file for the Coroner to formally identify the deceased.”
