Lidl shoppers with children have been given a month’s warning

Parents and carers have been alerted to a month-long promotion running at Lidl from Thursday 4 July.

The budget retailer followed rival Aldi in launching a range of school uniforms. Prices start from £1.50 and parents have been warned that the items will only be available in stores ‘while stocks last’ until Sunday 4 August.

From Thursday, shoppers can get a £5 bundle which includes two polo shirts and a hoodie and trousers, shorts or a skirt. There are also essentials such as a two-pack of shirts for £2.49 and a two-pack of glasses for £6.99.
