A Southgate care home is holding a free ‘menopause meeting’ event to discuss women’s health.

The organiser, Southgate Beaumont Care Home, is inviting anyone interested in taking part in the event to come along on Tuesday 9th July between 6.30-8pm.

As well as free refreshments and goody bags for the first 50 attendees, there will be various information stands from various professionals including GPs, nutritionists, pelvic health specialists, therapists, reflexologists and osteopaths.

The event will provide a good opportunity to learn more about menopause, discuss women’s health, find out about local support and talk to others with similar experiences.

Southgate Beaumont Care Community is part of Barchester Healthcare, a UK-based independent care provider that manages more than 250 care homes and seven registered hospitals across the country.
