Stunning £650,000 transformation of a house destroyed by fire

A house almost completely destroyed by a devastating fire three years ago has undergone a stunning rebuild – and is now on the market for £650,000.

The house in Bedminster was left a complete shell, with no roof or floors and only the front and back walls remaining, following the fire that tore through the property in July 2021.

The man who lived in the house at the time managed to escape unharmed, being supported by neighbors.

The house in Pearl Street, in , was left as a burnt-out shell for two years before local family-run construction firm Sienns Developments got down to business. The firm had to effectively rebuild the house from the inside out, building new floors, walls and a roof.

Now the property’s transformation is complete and it’s on the market with Hollis Morgan estate agents with an asking price of £650,000.

The “new” house has a front room, “dresser” and a kitchen downstairs, with a landscaped backyard. Upstairs, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms – one en-suite – and the loft area has also been used, with a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
