Statement on the withdrawal of Mike Pilavachi’s Lambeth Award

Following the conclusion of the Church’s internal investigation into Mike Pilavachi, which substantiated the safeguarding concerns against him and the powerful testimony of survivors, the decision was made to withdraw Mike Pilavachi’s Lambeth Award. The Archbishop of Canterbury wrote to inform him of the decision.
