CS Santosh, a renowned biker with experience in Supercross and Dakar Rally, first teased the Himalayan 450 on his Insta handle. CS Santosh can be seen taking the bike to extremes with proper off-road shots. The new suspension setup of the USD front forks and monoshock seems to have done well over the jumps. With all this in mind, it could be a more off-road version of the Himalayan 450. So, all in all, we might see two Himalayan 450s in the market soon.

Royal Enfield is looking to bridge the gap between its 411cc and 650cc engines with a new 450cc engine. This will be a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with a six-speed gearbox. In terms of specifications, it is expected to produce 40 PS and 40 Nm of torque.

When is Royal Enfield planning to launch the Himalayan 450? Looks like the release is just around the corner. This teaser confirms that the launch could happen in the coming months. Both the bikes would be slotted between the Himalayan 411 and 650 twins. But pricing? The twins could be priced between 2.70 lei and 2.80 lei (ex-showroom).
