A trust oversees the ashram and people close to Bhole Baba claim he owns 24 ashrams and land valued at over 100 million rupees. He frequently appears in front of his fans wearing a pair of chic glasses and a white three-piece suit with a tie. He comes in a convoy of at least twenty vehicles, led by fifteen black-uniformed commandos who ride motorcycles (mostly Royal Enfield Bullets) to make way for him.

He claimed that the reason why the locals are continuously living in fear is that the police are constantly supporting the ashram in these incidents.

Bhole Baba has an ashram in Etawah located close to Sarai Bhupat railway station on 15 bighas of land. The locals built the satsang hall, which contains several halls, a large auditorium and an outdoor stage. This satsang hall was built about two and a half years ago, and local teenager Lalit Kumar claims that although minor events have taken place there, Bhole Baba has yet to make an appearance. “Baba got upset about something, which is why the ashram is vacant. It is being looked after by a committee of villagers. Funds were collected from the villagers to build this ashram,” he said.

His original ashram and the foundation of his empire is in his ancestral village Bahadur Nagar in Kasganj district. It is 60 bighas in size and is owned by the Hari Charitable Trust. The ashram is surrounded by high walls with guard posts for protection. It resembles a fort because of the large gate and red roof. Bhole Baba established a committee in each area called “Hum Committee” as well as a trust. According to one source, to arrange a satsang, they have to contact their district committee rather than Baba personally. According to Collector Singh, who is connected to the panr in Mainpuri, no public donations are received for satsangs. Committee members are responsible for covering all costs. Retired Mainpuri Bank manager Suresh Chandra is a devotee. He claimed that he has known Bhole Baba for about 20 years, that many others who have his background are also involved in the committee and that the committee as a whole meets to decide on matters as required.
