Sam Ryder wowed the crowds in his England shirt at the 2024 Godiva Festival yesterday (July 6)

Sam Ryder celebrated England’s Euro 2024 penalty shootout victory with thousands in Coventry. He took to the main stage at the Godiva Festival yesterday as the Three Lions advanced to the semi-finals of the competition.

He wore an England shirt as he wowed the crowds before Paloma Faith took to the stage to bring Saturday’s proceedings to a close. She was as stunned as the crowds as she broke off from singing to say how “beautiful” the drone screen was in the sky above her.
