Police update after ‘serious assault’ at Bradford borough pub

A 38-year-old man was injured in what police described as a “serious assault” at a pub in the Bradford district, it has been revealed.

The incident happened at The Royal on Main Road, Denholme, on Saturday night, a police spokesman told the Telegraph & Argus on Sunday.

This morning, West Yorkshire Police confirmed that the man suffered non-life threatening injuries.

A spokesman told the Telegraph & Argus that police inquiries were still ongoing.
