Coventry is getting the world’s largest inflatable obstacle course

The world’s biggest inflatable assault course is coming to Coventry. After a successful tour of Canada and a stint in Miami Beach in the US, The Monster comes to the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Offering 300 meters of bouncy castle-style mayhem for all the family, The Monster will run at the venue from Thursday 1 August to Sunday 1 September. The assault course will be open from 10am to 10pm Thursday to Sunday.

It features over 40 obstacles, including the 18-metre Mega Slide, the mind-boggling Exterminator and the terrifying Hell House. The ultimate party playground will be hosted in the Indoor Arena during the school holidays.

Daytime sessions will be held for children aged seven and over, offering parents a fun way to keep their children busy, with plenty of surprises in store. The madness will be on at night when live DJs, quirky party games, street food and drinks are thrown into the mix.

Organizers say the evening sessions will provide the perfect party atmosphere for corporate events, birthday celebrations and parties. The Monster has packed major UK venues in recent years, including Birmingham’s NEC and London’s Alexandra Palace, but this is the first time the attraction has appeared in Coventry.

Paul Michael, Managing Director at Coventry Building Society Arena, said: “Given the venues it has previously appeared in and its overwhelming popularity, bringing The Monster to Coventry is a real coup for us. The Monster offers something very different – and a lot of fun – for the whole family and we’re excited to host it over the summer holidays.
