The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 is movement – read more about it HERE – with a healthy lifestyle, regular exercise and fresh air, all possible factors that contribute to improving your mental state and maintaining a positive outlook.

It’s important to keep talking about our mental health because there’s a chance you or someone you know will struggle with mental health issues at some point in your life.

The aim of Mental Health Awareness Week is to increase people’s awareness and understanding of the benefits of exercise, providing information on things that can help prevent it becoming a problem, as well as overcoming the stigma surrounding the phrase ‘Health mental”.

The most important thing we can do is to promote speaking up and speaking up, as this will be our most powerful tool in reducing the often dire mental health statistics and raising awareness – remember that it’s okay to talk and that it’s always helpful. to be available to listen.
