Birmingham-based company acquires Oklahoma hospital for $34.2 million

The Sanders Trust of Birmingham has acquired a rehabilitation hospital in Tulsa, Okla.

The company, which develops and acquires medical office buildings and healthcare facilities nationwide, recently purchased PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Tulsa for $34.2 million.

The hospital, operated by the PAM Health network, has 53 private rooms, inpatient and outpatient gyms, as well as outdoor spaces for walking and mobility exercises.

The hospital’s rehabilitation programs focus primarily on brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma and complex orthopedic conditions. It also offers prosthetic training, wound care, swallowing therapy and spasticity management.

Sanders Trust CEO Rance Sanders said the acquisition “aligns with our mission to invest in leading healthcare facilities that provide critical services to their communities.”
