Close Brothers Property Finance funds Chase New Homes with £48m for Brent Cross regeneration – The Intermediary

Close Brothers Property Finance has provided a £48m loan to Chase New Homes, supporting the construction of 213 private homes as part of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration in north London.

The funding will facilitate the first residential phase from the opening of Brent Cross West station, which provides a 12-minute connection to central London.

The development comprises a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments in three buildings, all with balcony or terrace and access to communal gardens.

Neil Bradford, senior business development manager at Close Brothers Property Finance, expressed his delight at the long-standing partnership with Chase New Homes, stating: “We are delighted to be supporting them in such a landmark and prestigious scheme and look forward to we look forward to continuing our relationship as they continue to grow.”
