St Agnes’ historic converted engine house goes under the hammer

A historic former engine house in St Agnes is going under the hammer later this month. The engine house at Wheal Kitty was most recently used as offices.

Cornwall Council has now given its sale instructions on Wednesday 24 July. The property has a freehold guide price of £50,000 at auction.




It is among 165 lots listed in the latest auction are organized by one of the UK’s top five property auctioneers, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers. Part of a former tin mine, it is among the commercial properties on the Wheal Kitty Business Park.
