Authorities Arrest, Charge Suspect in Wakefield Sexual Assault

A man finds himself behind bars after being arrested for sexually assaulting a woman in Wakefield in June, police said.

Investigators say Claudio Miranda, 30, entered a 20-year-old woman’s home on June 29 on East 230th Street and sexually assaulted her before running away.

Miranda was charged with robbery, criminal intercourse and bribing a witness.
