Great Western Hospital’s urgent warning of a power cut

A power cut is causing problems at Swindon hospital A&E and an urgent treatment centre.

Healthcare leaders at Great Western Hospital have urged patients with planned appointments not to attend.

People with a serious condition should call NHS 111 or 999.

“Planned programs are currently postponed. If you have a planned appointment at the hospital today, please do not attend and we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange,” a hospital spokesman said.
