Liverpool and PSG target not ‘pushing’ for Leeds United summer exit, pundit says

Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville has been heavily linked with a recent move to Paris Saint-Germain. The French capital club have also been rumored to be interested in other quality insiders such as Napoli’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Athletic Club’s Nico Williams.

Summerville made 49 appearances for Leeds United, scoring 21 goals and registering 10 assists for the Championship side. A recent report from ESPN NL reveals that PSG and Liverpool are the two clubs best placed to secure Summerville.

“PSG haven’t bid yet, but the interest is real and, as I say, there are a handful of Premier League clubs who could still be in the running,” Jacobs told the media. “(Summerville was) always very respectful. He has always been very grateful to Leeds and the way they have helped him develop and he loves it there.

“And as I said in January, Summerville has never made an effort to leave Leeds… So if he does leave, it will naturally be for an opportunity that has higher wages, like European football. But if he ends up staying at Leeds, I think in that scenario, he’ll be perfectly happy too, because he’s the kind of character that’s really caught up in Farke, his style, and that puts Leeds back into a stronger position. “
