Tragedy when boss finds 42-year-old man dead at work in Leeds warehouse

An inquest has been opened into the tragic death of a Bradford man who was found dead at work by a supervisor.

Thomas Richard Magnum Dobinson-Tinsley, 42, from Bradford, was found by a warden on the morning of June 29 this year, a court heard.




Bradford Coroner’s Court was told on Friday morning that Thomas was found hanged in a warehouse in Maple Park, Longfield Avenue, Leeds.

The supervisor called the business premises but got no answer, the court was told. He saw Thomas’ car in the parking lot and then went into the warehouse. An ambulance was called and a paramedic pronounced Thomas dead.

The inquest into Thomas’ death was adjourned by Assistant Coroner Ian Pears pending further investigations and the preparation of statements from the police, a GP, Thomas’ family and Bradford District Care Trust. The full inquest is expected to take place in Bradford on November 12 this year.
