Coventry cuts rates on select products – Mortgage Finance Gazette

Residential rates in Coventry were cut by up to 18bp, while select buy and let rates fell by up to 15bp.

Highlights of the reduced range include a five-year fix of up to 75% LTV at 4.61% fee-free and available for residential remortgaging with the option of £350 cashback or use of the lender’s Mortgage Transfer Service.
