24/25 Match Preview: Bradford City

The Lions kick off their second friendly of the pre-season against League Two outfit Bradford City this Saturday 13th July, writes Lance Holden.

Following a 7-0 defeat to Huddersfield in Guiseley’s first outing ahead of the new season, The Bantams will be the second visitors to Nethermoor in the space of seven days, joining us for another 3pm kick off.

Bradford City will come to LS20 also on the back of a first friendly defeat, as they lost 2-0 away to Chorley last weekend.

However, Mark Bower’s former club will represent another challenging Football League test for Guiseley this Saturday, in what should be an interesting encounter in front of another strong crowd.

Tickets can be purchased online here for Saturday’s game, or at the turnstiles priced £10 for adults, £5 for concessions/U18s and £1 for U11’s, with half price entry available for 24/25 GAFC Season Ticket Holders.

Cash payments are accepted at all turnstiles, with card payments taken at turnstiles 1 and 2 and a program will be on sale for £3, here’s what’s inside.

Car parking: It is recommended you use the free car park on Netherfield Road which is just a short walk away from Nethermoor Park across the railway footbridge, full details here.

Our last pre-season outing saw four debutants take to the pitch at Nethermoor as we look to embark on a positive season in the Pitching In Northern Premier League and we look forward to seeing another good crowd for Bradford City’s first visit to Guiseley in three years .
