La Liga president Javier Tebas has suggested Barcelona will be able to sign Nico Williams this summer despite the club’s financial problems.

Liverpool are believed to be interested in the winger.

Liverpool are among three clubs who have been approached by Adrien Rabiot’s representatives over a potential transfer, according to HITC.
