Police are hunting a man with links to Coventry after an assault and burglary in Warwick

Police have launched a manhunt for a man following an assault and burglary in Warwick. It happened yesterday (Saturday, July 13).

Officers would like to speak to Niall Murray in connection with the incident, Warwickshire Police said. He is believed to be in Warwick but also has links to Coventry.



Anyone who sees the 30-year-old man has been urged to call 999. Information about his whereabouts can also be provided to Crimestoppers.

A Warwickshire Police spokesman said: “Officers are looking for Niall Murray, 30, in connection with a burglary and assault which took place in Warwick on July 13. We think it will be in Warwick or Coventry.

“Anyone who sees him is asked to call 999 immediately, quoting reference 23/29162/24. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 101.

“Information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by visiting www.crimestoppers-uk.org or calling 0800 555 111.”
