Lookers Leeds and Gateshead win Ford President Awards

Two Lookers dealerships won Ford President’s Awards in recognition of customer experience and functional expertise.

Lookers Ford Gateshead and Lookers Ford Leeds received the accolade, with judges ranking dealers on areas including exceeding sales targets, high levels of customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Lookers Ford Leeds also won the award in 2022. Rob Dier, Franchise Director at Lookers Ford, said: “In what is an incredibly competitive industry, it is more important than ever that the customer experience is of the highest standard.

“That’s why we’re so excited that not just one, but two Lookers dealerships have been honored with a 2023 Ford President’s Award.

The 2023 competition was based on a number of indicators that measure the provision of exceptional customer experience and functional expertise, including post-delivery follow-up and service, as well as problem resolution.

Founded in 1908, it represents 33 volume and premium car manufacturers from 150 franchised locations.
