Starting line-up and team news confirmed as Nketiah drops and Partey returns

Eddie Nketiah has been dropped as Arsenal take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium, with Thomas Partey again missing from the starting line-up.

Nketiah has struggled for form of late, coinciding with the Gunners’ recent slump in form until last week’s late win over Aston Villa.

Gabriel Martinelli returns as Leandro Trossard keeps his place in a line-up without strikers.

Partey has been forced out of each of the last two matches, against Manchester City and Aston Villa, with a thigh injury, but has been able to take part in training sessions this week so is fit enough for a seat on the bench.

Jorginho therefore keeps his place and impressed in last week’s 4-2 win at Aston Villa.
