Cummins names Academy squad for Wigan Test

Francis Cummins has named an 18-man Academy squad for tomorrow night’s match with Wigan Warriors Under 18s at Hull YPI (kick-off 7pm).

The young black and whites bounced back from defeat at Warrington last month with a resounding win over Wakefield Trinity Under 18s last time out, but another tough test lies ahead against the side who currently sit second in the league .

There are four changes to the side that faced Wakefield just under two weeks ago.

Jack Charles, Lennon Nicholson, Mason Tempest and Joe Ward drop out.

They are replaced in this week’s 18-man squad by Callum Barfield, Will Kirby, Matty Shepherdson and Will Wilson, the latter two players in the process of making their Hull FC Academy debuts.
