Three arrested after knives and nitrous oxide seized from city shop selling illegal vapes

Three men have been arrested after guns, nitrous oxide and illegal vapes were seized from a city shop. Police raided the unnamed Bordesley Green store, based in Coventry Road, following a tip-off.

Police found two knives, a quantity of nitrous oxide, 1,500 illegal vapes, 2,000 counterfeit cigarettes and cash. Two men, aged 28 and 23, were arrested following the raid.



They were detained on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, possession with intent to supply drugs and illegal withdrawal of electricity. A third man, aged 19, was arrested for immigration offences.
