Tipton Twin, who rose to TV fame with her sister, celebrates 100 years

Lilian Cox is one half of the famous Tipton twins who found fame on their 95th birthday in 2019 alongside sister Doris.

The loved-up pair wowed presenters when they appeared on BBC Breakfast, ITV’s Good Morning Britain and This Morning with hilarious banter about wearing drawers backwards and their crush on Hollywood heartthrob Jason Statham.

Sadly, Doris died in January 2021 after contracting the coronavirus, and Lilian has remained in Tipton ever since.

Lilian kicked off the celebrations on July 18 by throwing a big party at her Tipton assisted living home in preparation for her 100th birthday on Saturday, July 20, and said she would have until midnight the day before to bring the special day.
