Swampscott Fisherman’s Beach “JAWS” Projection Set

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — It will be a joy to swim with bow-legged women at Swampscott’s Fisherman’s Beach Monday night as the recreation department hosts a screening of the classic summer thriller “JAWS” Monday night.

The first movie night on the beach will be shown on a brand new LED movie screen.

The film starts at 19:00, with a duration of 2 hours and 4 minutes. Those planning to watch the film are advised to bring chairs, blankets and towels to enjoy the film on the sand.

Chick Chick Food Cart will be at the beach selling food.

The film is rated PG, but – as many people know or would expect – contains violent scenes.

Due to the nature of this event, firefighters will not be issuing beach fire permits for Monday evening.
