“No one sounds quite like your child”

Noel Gallagher addressed a fan at his show who claimed he could sing just like his brother and former Oasis bandmate Liam Gallagher.

The interaction happened during Noels’ gig with High Flying Birds last night (July 18) during their headline show at Wigan’s Robin Park Arena. The singer took the time to chat with a fan in the audience.

“You what? You’re the best thing? Really? Who told you that? Your mother?” Noel asked the audience member in fan-captured footage.

„Bine, bine, aranjează-ți dracului de tunsoare primul prieten… Ce te face să fii următorul lucru important?” he asked before laughing. “They love you? Well, they love me more, so…”

“Can you sing?” he asked the fan before adding: “How do you sound? Frank Bruno? No, who is he calling? Who is your favorite female singer besides me?”

The fan reportedly said he sounded like Liam, to which Noel replied: “’R kids? Do you sound like a child?”, eyebrows raised before adding, “No, no. Nobody quite sounds like his kid.”

An X/Twitter user commented under the video post writing “Did @liamgallagher see this?” with Liam replying: “I see everything.”

The fan interaction between Noel and the show attendee comes a day after the frontman interrupted one of his concerts to roast a musician in the crowd.

In footage of the moment captured by fans, the frontman is seen talking to a fan who tried to hand him a CD of his own work and soon ends up being jokingly rebuked by the Oasis legend.
