Hortons unveils refurbished office building in Birmingham city centre

Work has been completed on the second phase of an office refurbishment in Birmingham city centre, which has provided new amenities for occupiers.

Independent property company Hortons has invested in the upgrade of Fifteen Colmore Row, a Grade A office building in Birmingham’s Colmore business district.

The project provided an expanded concierge reception area and new duplex elevators that transformed the building’s arrival experience.

It follows the previous creation of a new fully furnished business lounge and roof terrace on the top floor of the building, providing tenants with exclusive entertainment and entertainment facilities overlooking Colmore Row and Cathedral Square.

Fifteen Colmore Row offers five floors of modern office space with a range of on-site facilities including secure cycle parking and a shower and changing room on the second floor.

It is home to occupiers including property consultancy Fisher German, which moved 70 staff into the building following the completion of a CAT A refurbishment by Hortons.

Pasture Restaurant Group recently opened its new 7,000 sq ft ground floor location at Fifteen Colmore Row – its largest restaurant to date.
