Arson: Tong Way, Leeds | West Yorkshire Police

At 10.52pm on Thursday 18 July, a woman reported that her car had been deliberately set on fire while her two children were still in the vehicle in Tong Way, Leeds.

She and a neighbor brought the children to safety, and they were checked over by ambulance personnel without any concerns.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with the incident and remains in custody. Research is ongoing.
